This week was absolutely insane. I cant believe it all happened in one week. Monday we had 6th pday so it was a lot of cleaning. then we did our emails and stuff and then p day was over. and we went to a lesson but the lady didn't show up.

Tuesday we did our studies and stuff then we had exchanges with elders short and Glyssmeyer i was with elder short here in Magdeburg. we did some street finding and then we went to our English and German classes that we teach. one of the guys we found on the street came and we had a really good time. about half way through Marian called and said they couldn't come because Galia was sick. so elder short and i went and gave her a blessing. (the pictures of the stairs is from their door. that was fun to move furniture up) then we  went home. the long exposure pic is of the autobahn on our way.

Wednesday was when things really got crazy. We had district meeting and what not elder Romney didn't come because of some pain he was having. we exchanged back and went about doing normal missionary stuff. about two hours later we got a phone call and were told that Elder Romney was in the hospital he had a heart attack. we ran to the bahn stop and got the next one to the hospital. when we got there we were in a panic we found sister Romney and she was a wreck. we got to go in and see elder  Romney expecting the worst. as we go in he acted like nothing happened. he tried to sit up but we told him to lie down. he then went on to tell us about "man these heart attack things there crazy" he was still like president Romney we gave him a blessing and then we waited at the hospital until it was time to go home. it made for a hectic night.

Thursday we started getting everything ready for the transfer to end. we got our bikes from the other twos apartment. (they've been there since i got here)  then we did some finding. president Romney was released from ICU 4 days earlier than expected. the priesthood really does work miracles. then we had a lesson with fadi that went really well.

Friday we went to visit president Romney. hes doing really well. he has a new friend. his name is luther and he is his roommate at the hospital. (i'm pretty sure he just talks and talks and talks to luther . i'm not sure how much luther understands) president Romney was so funny. he was worried about what president Kosak would think when he got there Sunday. he was scared because his shoes weren't polished and he couldn't shave because of the blood thinners he was on. it was really funny.

Saturday we got our transfer calls. My new companion will be Elder Gallacher. he is our new district leader. and until tomorrow that's about all i know. we had an awesome first lesson at someones door. then we went and played soccer with marian and rafael. then 4 german kids came and asked us to play with them. they were terrible the two Americans the man that was in a motorcycle accident and the 9 year old should never be the stars of the game but in this one they were. then we went and broke the news about transfers to Glaia. she was sad but still fed us so that's good.

Sunday President Kosak came to our church. he filled in for the talk elder Romney was supposed to give. he gave me a shout out in his talk. (translated) " i think its wonderful that missionaries can come from so many different places. like from a small town where there are more cows than people" i found it funny. he gave a really good talk then he went and visited Elder Romney in the hospital. Good old elder Romney
was ready. church dress tie polished shoes and clean shaven in his hospital bed.
we went and had dinner with the Titigues and had a really fun night. thats the story of my crazy week.
